Registrations*

Once
you have cleared a proposed mark and decide to proceed with
registration, Allmark Trademark Services can prepare and file
your trademark application with the U.S. Patent & Trademark
Office (USPTO). Each application is prepared and reviewed
by experienced trademark attorneys. In addition to preparing
and filing the application, Allmark will serve as your representative
before the USPTO.
In addition to closely monitoring the application, we will
keep you apprised of its status. We will also assist you in
responding to routine USPTO inquiries, such as Office Actions
on the basis of improper descriptions or classifications.
Typical turnaround time for standard filings is 3-4 days from
the time we receive all necessary materials from you.
Note: Allmark's registration service
does not include responding to substantive USPTO challenges
or third party oppositions to the proposed trademark. When
appropriate, Allmark attorneys can be retained at a low hourly
