Registrations

Applications are prepared and filed by John E. Russell, an experienced trademark practitioner. He will represent you throughout the USPTO’s application process, up through registration. This includes responding to the majority of USPTO “Office Action” inquiries, with the exception of specific substantive refusals, such as “conflict rulings,” “genericness rulings,” etc. In such cases, Allmark can be retained at a reasonable hourly rate to respond to such office actions.

This package starts with our Allmark Select Search of the Federal Register and all 50 State registers, including a review of pending applications, which could pose a direct or close conflict for your proposed mark. As part of this package, you will also receive a concise summary of the most relevant findings. Next, we will consult with the client by telephone if desired, and discuss the findings in further detail. Once the details are finalized, we proceed to prepare and file the federal trademark application. As with every Allmark trademark application filing, this also includes follow through with the USPTO on most issues*
